Returns & Exchanges

1 – RETURNS IN SPAIN AND PORTUGAL.

At Koahari, we want you to be extremely satisfied with your order. Therefore, you'll notice that if the obvious requirements are met, ALL RETURNS are FREE (except for the return shipping cost of 10 euros).

You have a maximum of 14 calendar days from receipt to arrival back at Koahari to return any product according to the instructions. Notify us of your return request to hola@koahari.com.

You can also come to our store located at C/ Sorní 22, 1º, Valencia, to return your item with no shipping costs.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT THE RETURN OF ANY ITEM THAT HAS BEEN DAMAGED, USED, OR IS NOT PROPERLY LABELED WITH ITS ORIGINAL LABEL.

We don't want you to end up with anything you don't like, so you can return an item if it doesn't meet your expectations.

Send an email to hola@koahari.com with the subject RETURN explaining the reason for your return and providing your full name, order number, email address, model, size, and cardholder name or account number if you paid cash on delivery.

Koahari will provide its shipping agency, which will pick up your package from your preferred address. The return shipping cost is €10. If you use another shipping agency, the costs will be at your expense. (We do not accept returns sent via Correos.)

Once we receive the product and verify its perfect condition, we will refund the full amount, excluding the €10 shipping cost. If the product is not in perfect condition (has been used or damaged), Koahari will return the package to the customer at their expense and will not refund the item.

We will refund your return within 30 calendar days. If you paid by cash on delivery, you must provide an account number to process the refund. If you paid by PayPal or credit card, the refund will be issued using the same method.

      2- INTERNATIONAL RETURNS .

      Customer satisfaction is paramount to Koahari so if you are not happy with your order you have up to 14 calendar days, from the day it was received, to exchange or return it.

      The product must be in perfect condition, including label, original packaging and invoice to be able to return or exchange it. In an estimated period of 10 to 14 days we will proceed to refund the amount through the payment method used in the purchase of the product.

      The corresponding courier costs will be borne by the customer. Depending on the shipping costs, the amount will be the same.

      *Once the product is received for exchange or return, its condition is checked. If the product is not in perfect condition (used or broken material), we will not proceed with the exchange or return of the product.*

      · To request a refund or exchange of an item, you can send an email to hola@koahari.com to schedule and organize your return. Please, contact us to get the information and get the item back to us.

      · Email to hola@koahari.com with your order number, “my product return” as a subject if you have doubts or need some help with any question. Notice that sometimes customs will require you to pay a further amount in order for the package to be returned. Customs and duty charges in case they apply—would have to be paid beforehand. Koahari has the right to deny all packages with customs costs and duties unpaid by the customer. Until such time as we receive an item in our warehouse it remains the customer's responsibility.

      3- FREE EXCHANGES IN SPAIN AND PORTUGAL.

      At Koahari, we want to offer the utmost confidence, which is why product exchanges are FREE (with no shipping or other costs). You have 7 calendar days from the date of receipt of the shipment. You can exchange the size, color, or the item itself. To exchange the product, follow the process below:

      Please send an email with the subject "EXCHANGE" as soon as possible within 7 days to our email address hola@koahari.com or call 663343082. Once we contact you, we will pick up the product you need to exchange as soon as possible.

      The product must be wrapped in its original packaging for protection and must not have any defects.

      Finally, Koahari will notify you via email of receipt of the product to be exchanged, along with a review of its condition and confirmation of the exchange, subject to availability. For second exchanges, please notify us in advance at hola@koahari.com . If there is a price difference between the exchanged items, a refund will be issued using the same payment method used for your purchase.
