Returns & Exchanges
1 – RETURNS IN SPAIN AND PORTUGAL.
At Koahari, we want you to be super satisfied with your order. Therefore, you will see that if the obvious requirements are met, ALL RETURNS are FREE (except for return shipping costs)
You have a maximum period of 14 calendar days from receipt to its return to Koahari to return any product according to the instructions. Notify your wish to return at https://returns.reveni.io/koahari
Once you have received your return label, you have 10 calendar days to ship the item. If, after these days, the courier company has not received your package, the return will be canceled.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT THE RETURN OF ANY ITEM THAT HAS BEEN DAMAGED, USED, OR IS NOT CORRECTLY LABELED WITH ITS ORIGINAL TAG.
Once received by us, and after checking its perfect condition, we will proceed with the refund of the total amount, excluding shipping costs. If the product is not in perfect condition (it has been used or damaged), Koahari will return the package to the customer with shipping costs due and will not process the refund.
We will issue the refund for the return instantly. If you paid cash on delivery, you must provide an account number where the refund can be made. If you paid via PayPal or credit card, the refund will be made by the same method.
2- INTERNATIONAL RETURNS.
Customer satisfaction is paramount to Koahari so if you are not happy with your order you have up to 14 calendar days, from the day it was received, to exchange or return it.
The product must be in perfect condition, including label, original packaging and invoice to be able to return or exchange it. In an estimated period of 10 to 14 days we will proceed to refund the amount through the payment method used in the purchase of the product.
The corresponding courier costs will be borne by the customer. Depending on the shipping costs, the amount will be the same.
When you receive the shipping label, you have 10 natural days to make the shipment. After 10 days, the return will be refused.
Once the product is received for exchange or return, its condition is checked. If the product is not in perfect condition (used or broken material), we will not proceed with the exchange or return of the product.

Notice that sometimes customs will require you to pay a further amount in order for the package to be returned. Customs and duty charges in case they apply—would have to be paid beforehand. Koahari has the right to deny all packages with customs costs and duties unpaid by the customer. Until such time as we receive an item in our warehouse it remains the customer’s responsibility..
3- FREE EXCHANGES IN SPAIN AND PORTUGAL.
At Koahari, we want to provide maximum confidence, which is why product exchanges are FREE (with no shipping or any other costs). You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the shipment. You can change the size, color, or directly the item. To make an exchange, you must follow the process below:

The product must be wrapped in its original packaging for protection and must not show any defects.
Finally, Koahari will notify the receipt of the product to be exchanged via email, along with the review of its condition and the confirmation of the exchange based on availability. For second exchanges, notify hola@koahari.com beforehand. If there is a price difference in the exchanged items, a refund will be made using the same payment method you used for your purchase.
Once two exchanges have been made, a refund cannot be requested.
