Returns & Exchanges

1 – RETURNS IN SPAIN AND PORTUGAL.

At Koahari, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Therefore, you'll see that, provided the obvious requirements are met, ALL RETURNS are FREE (excluding return shipping costs).

You have a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt until your order arrives back at Koahari to return any product as per the instructions. Notify us of your return request at https://returns.reveni.io/koahari

Once you receive your return label, you have 10 calendar days to ship your package. If the courier has not received your package within that time, the return will be cancelled.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF ANY ITEM THAT HAS BEEN DAMAGED, USED, OR IS NOT PROPERLY LABELED WITH ITS ORIGINAL TAG.

Once we receive the item and verify its perfect condition, we will proceed with the full refund, excluding shipping costs. If the product is not in perfect condition (has been used or damaged), Koahari will return the package to the customer at their expense and will not issue a refund.

We will process your refund within 30 calendar days. If you paid cash on delivery, you will need to provide a bank account number for the refund. If you paid via PayPal or credit card, the refund will be issued to the same payment method.

      2- INTERNATIONAL RETURNS .

      Customer satisfaction is paramount to Koahari so if you are not happy with your order you have up to 14 calendar days, from the day it was received, to exchange or return it.

      The product must be in perfect condition, including label, original packaging and invoice to be able to return or exchange it. In an estimated period of 10 to 14 days we will proceed to refund the amount through the payment method used in the purchase of the product.

      The corresponding courier costs will be borne by the customer. Depending on the shipping costs, the amount will be the same.

      Once the product is received for exchange or return, its condition is checked. If the product is not in perfect condition (used or broken material), we will not proceed with the exchange or return of the product.

      Notice that sometimes customs will require you to pay a further amount in order for the package to be returned. Customs and duty charges in case they apply—would have to be paid beforehand. Koahari has the right to deny all packages with customs costs and duties unpaid by the customer. Until such time as we receive an item in our warehouse it remains the customer's responsibility. .

      3- FREE EXCHANGES IN SPAIN AND PORTUGAL.

      At Koahari, we want to give you the utmost confidence, so product exchanges are FREE (with no shipping or other costs). You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your shipment to exchange your item. You can exchange the size, color, or the item itself. To make an exchange, please follow these steps:

      The product must be wrapped in its original packaging for protection and must not have any defects.

      Finally, Koahari will notify you via email upon receipt of the product to be exchanged, along with a review of its condition and confirmation of the exchange, subject to availability. For subsequent exchanges, please notify us beforehand at hola@koahari.com . If there is a price difference for the exchanged items, a refund will be issued to the same payment method used for your purchase.
