1 – SHIPPING
We ship to mainland Spain, Portugal, and the Balearic Islands and are completely FREE .
For shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, please email hola@koahari.com before placing your order.
For shipments abroad, please review section 6 shipments abroad (DELIVERY ABROAD).
Shipments to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, and Portugal take 5 to 20 business days.
2 – SHIPPING COSTS: COMPLETELY FREE.
As a result of the quality service that Koahari offers its customers, shipping costs are FREE .
One of our main goals is to make our online store as similar as possible to shopping at your local store, offering similar benefits such as free shipping and fast delivery.
Shipping costs are only charged when a product is returned.
3 – RECEIPT OF SHIPMENT
The courier company usually delivers during business hours, so if you have a delivery time preference, please let us know in your order comment, and we will try to accommodate.
Your order will be delivered to the requested address. You can choose your preferred pickup location.
4 – RECEIPT TIME: 5/20 days
The delivery time for our orders is 5-20 business days.
In some cases, such as holidays and vacations, or depending on the design's preparation time, the delivery time may vary. In any case, our staff will contact you to provide a solution and inform you of the delivery time, which will always be as fast as possible.
5 – ORDER TRACKING
You can check the status of your order in your created account. Koahari will also send an order confirmation email and another email when your order is about to be shipped to your home.
6 – SHIPMENTS ABROAD / DELIVERY ABROAD
For delivery abroad, international shipments are sent to all countries. You must pay by Credit card or by Paypal. Koahari will not be responsible for the DUA or for the import costs and taxes (ISPI, IGIC), fees or tariffs that are generated at the destination customs, if applicable. Orders sent to countries outside the EU are shipped according to the DDP Incoterm (Delivered Duty Unpaid, delivery with unpaid duties). This means that we do not collect VAT, taxes or fees on orders outside the EU and that we cannot predict how much the charge will be. If you incur additional charges, you must pay them for your package to clear customs. Contact your local customs office for more information.
The delivery time countries is about 5/20 business days . The exchanges and returns are not allowed to delivery abroad. Prior to ordering your products to a different country, please contact us at: hello@koahari.com . If you have any doubt, do not hesitate to contact us.
7 – PRICES, TAXES, FEES AND TARIFFS
Prices are expressed in euros and are valid except for typographical errors. In the event of a manifest error in the pricing appearing on the product sheet, the price established for that product in the informative email we will provide you when we detect the error will prevail. The RRP for items shipped to the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands includes VAT. The RRP for items shipped to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, and in general, any country other than Spain, does not include VAT. The price indicated for each item is the final price for shipments to these Autonomous Communities. Koahari will not be responsible for the Customs Duties (DUA) or any import charges and taxes (ISPI, IGIC), fees, or duties incurred at the destination customs office, if applicable. IMPORTANT: We are not responsible for the failure or delay of obligations due to causes beyond our control, such as force majeure or unforeseen events. Although most deliveries are made within the stated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to data transcription errors, inclement weather, high-volume orders, etc. In such cases, please contact us so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Furthermore, delivery deadlines are subject to third parties, so we are not responsible for strikes, closures, accidents, or other force majeure events. However, Koahari will always seek the quickest solution.
