1 – SHIPPING
Shipments are made to mainland Spain, Portugal, and the Balearic Islands and are completely FREE.
For shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, please send an email to hola@koahari.com before placing your order.
For international shipments, please refer to section 6, "DELIVERY ABROAD".
Shipments to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, and Portugal are delivered within 24/72 hours, except for "by order" dresses. (This period may be extended during holidays or sales).
2 – SHIPPING COSTS: COMPLETELY FREE.
As a result of the quality service Koahari offers its customers, shipping costs are FREE.
One of our main objectives is for our online store to be as similar as possible to shopping at the nearest store, offering similar advantages such as no shipping costs and fast delivery.
Shipping costs are only charged when a product is returned.
3 – RECEIPT OF SHIPMENT
The courier company usually delivers during business hours, so if you have a preferred delivery time, you can indicate it in the order comments and we will try to accommodate it.
The order will be delivered to the requested address. Therefore, you can choose the preferred location for receipt.
4 – RECEIPT TIME: 24/72 hours.
The delivery time for our orders is 24/72 business hours.
In some cases, such as holidays, vacation periods, sales, or depending on the design's manufacturing time, the delivery time may vary. In any case, our staff will contact you to provide a solution and inform you of the fastest possible delivery time.
5 – ORDER TRACKING
You can check the status of your order in your created account. In addition, Koahari will send an email confirming the order and another email when your order is about to be shipped to your address.
6 – INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS / DELIVERY ABROAD
For delivery abroad, international shipments are sent to all countries. Orders sent to countries outside the EU are shipped according to the DDP Incoterm (Delivered Duty Paid, delivery with paid duties).
The delivery time countries is about 3/5 laboraly days.
7 – PRICES, TAXES, FEES AND DUTIES
Prices are expressed in euros and are valid unless there is a typographical error. In the event of a manifest error in the price shown on the product sheet, the price established for that product in the informative email we provide when we detect the error will prevail. The RRP of items with shipping address to the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands includes VAT. The RRP of items with shipping address to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, and, in general, any country that is not Spain, does not include VAT. The price indicated for each item is its final price for shipments to these Autonomous Communities.
IMPORTANT: We are not responsible for the non-fulfillment or delay of obligations due to causes beyond our control, such as force majeure or fortuitous events. Although most deliveries are made within the indicated period, delays may occasionally occur due to data transcription errors, adverse weather conditions, high volume order dates, etc. In such a case, please contact us to resolve the incident as soon as possible. In addition, the fulfillment of deadlines also depends on third parties, so we are not responsible for strikes, closures, accidents, or other force majeure causes. However, Koahari will always seek the fastest solution.
