1 – SHIPPING
Shipments are made to mainland Spain, Portugal, and the Balearic Islands and are completely FREE.
For shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, please send an email to hola@koahari.com before placing your order.
For international shipments, please see section 6, delivery abroad.
Shipments to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, and Portugal are delivered within 24/72 hours, except for "by order" dresses.
2 – SHIPPING COSTS: COMPLETELY FREE.
As a result of the quality service Koahari offers its customers, shipping costs are FREE.
One of our main goals is for our online store to be as similar as possible to shopping at your nearest store, providing similar advantages such as no shipping costs and fast delivery.
Shipping costs are only charged when a product is returned.
3 – RECEIPT OF SHIPMENT
The courier company usually delivers during business hours, so if you have any preferred delivery time, you can indicate it in the order comments, and we will try to accommodate it.
The order will be delivered to the requested address. Therefore, you can choose the place you prefer for receipt.
4 – RECEIPT TIME: 24/72 hours.
The delivery time for our orders is 24/72 business hours.
In some cases, such as holidays and vacations, or depending on the design's manufacturing time, the delivery time may vary. In any case, our staff will contact you to provide a solution and inform you of the delivery time, which will always be as fast as possible.
5 – ORDER TRACKING
You can check the status of your order in your created account. In addition, Koahari will send an order confirmation email and another email when your order is about to leave for your home.
6 – ENVÍOS AL EXTRANJERO / DELIVERY ABROAD
For delivery abroad, international shipments are sent to all countries. Orders sent to countries outside the EU are shipped according to the DDP Incoterm (Delivered Duty Paid, delivery with paid duties).
The delivery time countries is about 3/5 business days.
7 – PRICES, TAXES, FEES AND DUTIES
Prices are expressed in euros and are valid except for typographical errors. In the event of a manifest error in the price set out in the product sheet, the price established for said product in the informative email that we will provide you when we detect the error shall prevail. The RRP of items with shipping address to the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands includes VAT. The RRP of items with shipping address to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla and, in general, any country other than Spain, does not include VAT. The price indicated for each item is the final price of the item for shipments to these Autonomous Communities.
IMPORTANT: We are not responsible for non-compliance or delay of obligations due to causes beyond our control, such as in cases of force majeure or fortuitous events. Although most deliveries are made within the indicated period, occasionally, delays may occur due to data transcription errors, adverse weather conditions, high volume order dates, etc. In such cases, please contact us to resolve the incident as soon as possible. In addition, compliance with deadlines also depends on third parties, so we are not responsible for strikes, closures, accidents or other causes of force majeure. However, Koahari will always seek the fastest solution.
