Rental of garments

Koahari offers a clothing rental service exclusively available to customers located on the Spanish mainland and the Balearic Islands. Those interested in renting must be over 18 years of age. They can browse the online catalog and select the items they want. To access and manage rentals, customers must provide their name, a photo ID, an email address, and a password. This information is personal and cannot be shared with third parties.

Orders can be placed at any time and any day of the week. However, orders processed on weekdays will be delivered within a maximum of 48 hours (outside the M-30 in Madrid) or 24 hours (within the M-30). If the order is placed on a non-working day, it will be considered placed on the next business day. Once the rental payment is complete, Koahari will send a confirmation email within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Rental periods can be 4, 6, or 8 days. Since pick-ups and drop-offs are not available on weekends, the following conditions apply:

  • For 4-day rentals, drop-off will take place on Fridays, and return must be processed the following Monday. Items must be returned in their original garment bag.
  • Each day's delay in the return will incur an additional cost of 15 euros, which will be automatically charged to the same payment method used for the reservation.
  • Four-day rentals cannot be booked on Wednesdays, as the return period would fall on Saturday. In these cases, a six-day period must be chosen.
  • If delivery is requested on Thursdays, it will be subject to the garment's availability in the showroom. If it is not available, Koahari will notify you at least 24 hours in advance.
  • If the return date falls on a holiday, the refund will be processed on the next business day, according to the local business calendar.

Customers may enjoy the rented items for a minimum of four days, including the days of receipt and return. Items must be returned on the fourth day before 7:00 PM. If the return is not made within the established timeframe and without prior authorization, a surcharge of €15 per additional day will be charged. For delays of more than two days, a charge equivalent to a new rental will be applied.


Information about the garments

Koahari reserves the right to determine which garments are available in its catalog. This includes the right to add or remove items at any time and without prior notice.

If a selected item is unavailable after the order is placed, Koahari will notify the customer by email, canceling the order in whole or in part, as appropriate. In this case, the corresponding amount will be refunded without any right to additional compensation.

Customers may not modify or alter garments without prior written authorization from Koahari . Any damage detected after return will be evaluated and treated by delicate fabric specialists to restore the garment to its original condition.

Koahari takes care of its garments, including cleaning them with a specialized professional dry cleaning service. Customers should not wash or dry clean their garments themselves. If this occurs, the full retail price of the item will be charged.
